  We have had them in to trim our unruly cedar hedge and recently to remove a large tree. They have been very professional; the crew are friendly, hardworking, helpful and safety was clearly a priority. The cleanup afterwards is amazing, they even swept the street where the woodchipper had been! My neighbours also commented how impressed they were with the crew and the job being done well.   I cannot say enough amazing things about this service, company and all the amazing workers! They're friendly, kind, down to earth, non-pushy, and so professional. Exactly the kind of small business everyone in the Kingston area should be looking to support and encourage! The last arborist made was pretty large demands to save a tree that was ultimately rotten in the core and hallow. Thank fully McLaren has a customer centered approach and gave me great reasonable tips to saving the other tress before they get to that stage and even stumped the root out beautifully for me so I don't trip on anything. It was a wonderful experience to work with these lovely people. Whenever I had any confusions they were swift to answer and friendly from first phone contact to final invoice.
